Lonely Valley's Bull Battery is ranked as follows:
  • Top 2% for Marbling
  • Top 1% for Scrotal Development
  • Top 4% for Weaning and Yearling (ADG) Growth
  • Top 18% for Disposition.

We know that there are other places to make your seed stock purchases and we appreciate your loyalty. Last year we sold 90% of our bulls to repeat customers. As always, we offer an unconditional guarantee on all cattle sold. If you should have a bull go down during breeding season, we can usually have a replacement for you within a few days, available at our ranch or we will try to meet you half way, depending on the distance. Last year we sold over 120 bulls replaced only one, and that was due to injury.

We continue to run our cows in pastures ranging from across Nebraska. While most of our herd is registered Limousin and Angus hybrids, we are growing our Registered Angus line and the lineup of Registered Angus Bulls will complement our sale offering, we will be breeding over 110 Angus females this spring. Our goal is to become a one-stop bull shop for all your genetic needs.

Currently our bull battery ranks in the top of the breed for weaning and yearling growth and milk and does so with a low to moderate birth weight. Our Marbling and Scrotal circumference EPD is unsurpassed, not just on one bull, but all LVLS herd sires combined. 23 plus years of selection pressure really do pay off. We continue to place extensive selection pressure on calm, easy doing cattle. This set of bulls is easy to work with. You will notice the difference. As well, cows that fail to breed being sent down the road. Fertility in these bulls is excellent with an average scrotal measurement that is unequaled in the Limousin and Angus.
